Almost! As a high school senior riding my motorcycle to football practice, I was hit by another car. My foot was severed to the Achilles tendon. Had multiple surgeries, skin grafts and was told I'd never walk let alone do marathons and Ultra Marathons in my 60's!

Every morning I start with a large Herbalife shake (300 calories, 36 g protein) and a tea with 2 liftoffs, immunity essentials, and fiber along with my tabs (multivitamin, methyl folate, TMG, cell activator and Restore)
Food includes chicken, (lots of chicken actually), salmon, broccoli (so much broccoli), salads, apples, bananas, almonds, avocado, baked sweet potatoes, strawberries. Mixed in between meals is Beverage Mix by Herbalife (Kool-Aid flavored protein) and always Rebuild Strength protein following his workouts.
He aims for 180 grams of protein every day to feel energized, fuel his workouts and get lean.
